we will return your call the next business day.
In the event Tax Rates change Guests are responsible for the difference in the balance due.
Edelweiss Condominiums doesn't allow Pets or smoking in condos
Edelweiss is a 3 night minimum all year except for Christmas & Spring Break which are 4 night minimums.
Edelweiss Condominiums base rate is 4 adults every additional adult beyond 4 is $25.00 more per night. To get the correct nightly rate you must select the number of adults ages 13 years and above.
Children 12 and under are free!
Power outages, Internet outages, Direct TV outages, Gas & Water outages : Red River, being a small mountain town, occasionally encounters utilities outages. While we strive to provide uninterrupted utilities services, it is important to note that these outages can occur unpredictably and that such occurrences are beyond our control. Therefore, in the event of utilities disruptions during your stay, we regret to inform you that no refunds or compensations will be granted.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are entitled to 75% refund, cancellations made less than 30 days are entitled to 75% refund if reasevation is rebooked for the entire cancelled reservation.
* No refunds are given for Christmas season, Spring Break, Memorial Day Weekend or July 4th Week.
